Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: 25.10.2026
You can ask XAURAL to delete your account and personal data, including data associated with Facebook Login. You do not need to sign in to submit a request.
How to request deletion
Email the privacy contact shown below from the address linked to your XAURAL account. Use the subject “XAURAL account and data deletion request”. State that you want your XAURAL account and associated personal data deleted. If you signed in with Facebook, mention Facebook Login. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
What happens next
We may ask you to verify that you control the account before acting on the request. After verification, the operator will evaluate and process deletion or anonymization of eligible account details, including data held by the WordPress site and the Facebook Login integration.
Music, playlists and other content
Your account may contain uploaded tracks, lyrics, public playlists, likes and follows. Tell us if your request should also cover your published content. We will explain any consequences and handle content and third-party hosting records according to applicable law and valid rights or retention obligations.
Time frame and lawful exceptions
We aim to respond without undue delay and generally within one month of a valid request under applicable GDPR rules. Lawful extensions or necessary retention for legal compliance, dispute resolution or security may apply; we will explain when relevant.
Removing Facebook access
Separately, you can revoke XAURAL access in Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites. This stops future access through the connection but does not automatically delete your XAURAL account or all data already stored by XAURAL. Submit the request above if you also want erasure.
Privacy and more information
See the XAURAL Privacy Policy for additional information about data processing and your rights. This page provides an instructions route, not an automatic deletion tool.
Send your deletion request
Use the privacy contact email below. Include your XAURAL account email and the scope of your request. Never include a password, access token or other login secret.
