These Terms govern access to XAURAL and its community music features. Please read them before creating an account or uploading music.
Service and acceptance
XAURAL is a platform for discovering, streaming and sharing independently uploaded music. Using the service or registering an account signifies acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The service may change, be suspended or have features removed, subject to applicable law.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate registration information, keep your password private and do not impersonate others. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law. We may restrict fraudulent, abusive or compromised accounts and provide appropriate notice where required.
Creator responsibility and music rights
The uploader is responsible for ensuring they own or hold all necessary rights, licenses and permissions for the recording, composition, lyrics, artwork, voice, samples, performances and other uploaded elements. Publication does not mean XAURAL has examined or verified these rights. Do not upload content that infringes third-party rights.
AI-generated music and disclosure
Creators must ensure that AI-assisted or AI-generated content complies with applicable law, their tools’ licenses and third-party rights, including likeness and voice rights. Where the service asks for an AI-tool declaration, provide truthful information. XAURAL does not guarantee authorship, originality, copyright protection or lawful commercial exploitation of AI-generated works.
Permission to operate the service
You retain rights you lawfully hold in your content. By uploading, you grant XAURAL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, for as long as the content remains hosted and for necessary technical backups, to host, reproduce, convert, stream, display and promote it within the service. You must have authority to grant this license; deleting content does not reverse lawful uses already completed.
Prohibited content and conduct
Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, threatening, exploitative or privacy-invasive material; malware; or content using another person’s name, voice or likeness without required permission. Do not manipulate likes or plays, scrape accounts, circumvent security or abuse platform functionality.
Reports, review and removal
Rights holders and users can report suspected illegal or infringing material through the song reporting feature or the contact channel on this page. Include the content link, the reason for the report and adequate supporting details. XAURAL may review, limit visibility, remove content or restrict accounts, applying applicable law and available review procedures.
Third-party services and external links
Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, Meta, Google and other external providers are independent services subject to their own terms and privacy policies. XAURAL does not control their availability, accuracy, security, advertisements or embedded playback. Opening an external link may transfer you to that provider.
Availability, statistics and no guarantees
The service and music are offered on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted playback, permanent hosting, exact statistics, audience reach, monetization, royalties or any commercial outcome. Creator-submitted metadata, lyrics and music may be inaccurate, offensive or disputed and do not represent XAURAL’s endorsement.
Disclaimer and limits of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XAURAL makes no additional warranty concerning user uploads, third-party content, uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular commercial purpose. XAURAL is not automatically liable for every act or rights violation of a user merely because content is hosted. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot legally be excluded, consumer rights, or duties to act on legally sufficient notices.
Account closure, changes and applicable law
You may stop using the service and request account closure subject to legal retention duties. We may update these Terms and will provide any notice required by law. Mandatory consumer, copyright and data-protection rules continue to apply regardless of any contractual choice of law. Contact the operator using the details below for legal notices and questions.
